The RDG sales training team are advocates of solution-based selling and aim to help segregate you from the rest of the crowd. You may be looking to improve your sales negotiating skills on a two day course where you will learn how to handle difficult situations, managing the initial bids of both parties and developing a constructive negotiating environment.

We also have a ‘Best Practice for Field Sales’ course which is ideal for those that are new to the world of field sales or even for those that feel like they need a refreshment course. Our sales training teachers will use real life scenarios and pass on tips that can make a difference between closing the deal and not.

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body's logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
